Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized fries to ensure uniform cooking.
Place the cut potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well to coat each fry evenly.
Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them for maximum crispiness.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
Check for desired crispiness. Serve immediately with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
🔹 For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
🔹 Sprinkle additional seasoning or Parmesan cheese before serving.
