Irresistibly crispy, golden-brown wonton wrappers stuffed with gooey melted cheese, pepperoni, and rich pizza sauce. These homemade pizza rolls are infinitely better than frozen, and the air fryer makes them perfectly crunchy without deep frying.

Instructions
Make Filling: In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, diced pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Assemble Rolls: Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center. Using your finger or a pastry brush, wet the four edges of the wrapper with egg white or water.
Fold and Seal: Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal, ensuring no air pockets remain. For a secure seal, you can fold the two opposite corners of the triangle towards the center and press lightly.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C).
Air Fry: Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange pizza rolls in a single layer, ensuring they don't touch. Lightly spray or brush the tops of the rolls with oil. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Cool and Serve: Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving, as the filling will be extremely hot. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
🔹 Keep Wrappers Covered: Wonton wrappers dry out quickly. Keep them under a damp paper towel while you work.🔹 Don't Overfill: Using too much filling will cause the rolls to burst open during cooking.🔹 Seal Tightly: Ensure the edges are sealed well to prevent cheese from leaking out.🔹 Customize Fillings: Try different fillings like ham and pineapple, veggies, or barbecue chicken.
