Air Fryer Samosa
Indian street food-style samosas made crispy and light in the air fryer. Healthy and full of flavor, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- 8 samosa wrappers
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- ½ cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- to taste salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
Add mashed potatoes, peas, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently. Let mixture cool.
Take a samosa wrapper, fold it into a cone shape, and fill with the potato-pea mixture. Seal edges with water.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
Brush the samosas lightly with oil and place them in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
🔹 You can use frozen peas or other vegetables like carrots.
