Step 1: Prepare The Crust Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
Mix crumbs with sugar and melted butter until combined.
Line muffin tin with silicone or paper liners and press 1 tablespoon of crust mixture into each.
Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool completely.

Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; beat until creamy.
