Succulent shrimp tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, air-fried to perfection in just minutes. Quick, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or appetizer. Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread for a restaurant-quality meal at home.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and optional chili flakes.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the garlic butter mixture.
Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
Cook shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Remove shrimp from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with rice, pasta, tacos, or as an appetizer with crusty bread.
Notes
🟢 Thaw frozen shrimp completely and pat dry before air frying.🟢 Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.🟢 Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.🟢 Best served fresh, but leftover shrimp can be reheated gently in a skillet or air fryer.
